Who would have thought I would spend my summer in the scorching hot heat amidst the streets of Moreno Valley? When I accepted my position as a Summer Management Trainee Intern, I knew very little about Enterprise Rent-a-Car and its culture. Throughout the internship, I was impressed by the company values and the employee's emphasis on the significance of cus-tomer service and proper work ethics. Enterprise is a great com-pany that really touched upon my values of integrity, patience, and dedication.

What I loved about the company is its focus on teamwork. As an intern to a Branch Manager, everyone helped clean vehicles, as-sisted customers, entered ticket orders, and answered business calls. Not only that, but an internship project was assigned to challenge my involvement with getting to know the company and its people. Enterprise allowed me to network with higher leveled professionals and collaborate with interns from other branches. Together, the interns and I presented alternative business opera-tions to Enterprise Holdings representatives. It developed me as

an individual and really encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and reach my objectives. Although at times I felt overwhelmed with work, I took all the experiences I encountered as situations to learn and im-prove from.

Interning at Enterprise was an exciting hands-on experience that strongly focused on integrity with employ-ees and customers. From this internship, I acquired a vision to exceed expectations throughout my career. Although I did not win the internship scholarship, I was satisfied with my improvement in sales and public speaking. The experience of working with professionals opened my mind to take on challenges and other career opportunities offered to me. It was an impeccable experience to work in the community with such a diverse group of people!
