El numero de inversiones de CR ha en Etapas Incipientes de Empresas Technologicas ha aumentado

Sin embargo la inversion privada en Etapas Incipientes de Empresas Tecnologicas es muy limitada en relacion al volumen de capital disponible
Cual es el problema? 2 motivos principales
• Los mecanismos de intervencion publica y su estructura- Inversiones directas – funcionarios del gobierno no son inversores- Fondo de fondos: Limitaciones (e.g. inversiones locales)- Reduccion de tasas – invertir el problema (e.g. Belgica)- Intervecion publica es non-profit- Cambios de gobierno – dificultad de continuidad (follow on rounds)
8. “Beyond capital” – no es una cuestion puramente economica
- “Born Global” – perspectiva global desde el comienzo- Movilidad: people, technology and capital- Alineacion de objetivos e incentivos: emprendedores e inversores
CONCLUSIONES
• El espiritu emprendedor ha de potenciarse desde la iniciativa privada
• “Beyond capital” – no es una cuestion puramente economica - Acompanamiento y enriquecimiento
- Perspectiva Global – “Born Global”
• La MOVILIDAD es la clave
