The Enneagram is about people - how we are the same, how we are different, what makes us tick. It describes nine personality styles that human beings tend to favor. During the course of this Alumni Event Workshop, you’ll explore which type you most favor and how your understanding of who you are will help you find and select the right job time after time throughout your career. Nancy Duranteau, a WFO Pathways and Success Series’ Trainer and Coach will deliver the workshop. She’s also an active board member of the Northern California chapter of the International Enneagram Association. With over 25 years of corporate and non-profit human resources experience, she identifies the Enneagram as one of the most helpful personal and career-development tools available.
