day and will visit minimum 50 shops in that market & will sent the survey report to ofce by mail

on every day basis.

Minimum Qualication of subordinate:-

Exp.: a) 5 years of trade b) At least 2 years as S.O in Pvt. Ltd. Company

c) Graduate d) Detailed knowledge of functioning of channel network.

Note:- Any bio-data for appointment of subordinate staff which will not qualify the minimum

qualication conditions will not be entertained Will visit not more than two shops of the same

trade

Such as a) Not more than two medical stores. b) Not more than two footwear shop

c) Not more than two garment shop. d) Not more than two gold or jewelry shop.

Two Sales Ofcer will take the rm`s name and Proprietor name & phone numbers of two

Distributers / Dealer / Stockiest / Supper Stockiest from one shop keeper & rest of two sales

ofcer will call the parties & will meet the interested parties & will forward the list to reporting

manager.

3 That If I will leave company before 90 days, I will have pay my one month salary and expenses to

the company as in account of damages or one month notice.

4 That I shall send you my “Daily Working Report” (DWR) on daily basis with entire details

required as per format. In case if DWR of a particular day is not received by next day of working

then I shall be marked absent for that day.

5 That I shall ll my weekly projection, weekly self evaluation sheet &Party Visit Information of all

visitor parties with stamp & signature dispatch send it to the company on every Monday.

6 That I shall provide all necessary supporting with expense statement & fulll the condition which

is pre-printed in expense statement.

7 That I shall be using the sample provided by company & stationary only for the purpose of

Business Development, if I abandoned the job, I shall return all the belongings of the company.

8 That I shall be duty bound to send the Bio – Data format of the party to the company duly lled &

signed by the party (C & FA / Super Stockiest / C.A./ Distributor.

9 That I shall appoint C&FA / Super Stockiest/Distribution Channel Partner on the terms explained

by company on or before 15 days from date of my joining.

10 That in case of leaving the job, I will return all belongings of company immediately along with

cheque as per clause no. 3 of this undertaking.

11 That I shall meet the shortlisted minimum Twelve prospective parties & discuss the project in

detail, per working day with pre appointment only.
