For adults who want to start learning the game and are looking for a new challenge in life. Our sessions will cover basic technical and tactical aspects with a game based approach, making it fun and enjoyable for all ages and abilities.
These are free to all Tennis and Racquets members who can sustain a rally and understand the basic rules of tennis. They are a great opportunity to meet and play with Members of similar ability.
For those who have previously attended a beginners course or have touched upon tennis in the past. This course is suitable for those who still require some fine tuning on basic technique and wish to build on their confi-dence. Sessions will include drills and a game based approach.
Ideal for a strong club player who is capable of hitting with pace, control and consistency and representing the club in local leagues. Sessions will include drills, tactics and matchplay situation to help win your next match.

Players attending intermediate sessions must be capable of playing all the basic strokes and have a good understanding of the rules of scoring for both singles and doubles. Players should be able to rally consistently from the baseline.
