Our teamWoodville Residential Care Home employs approximately 40 staff all of whom are trained in the key aspects of care delivery, to ensure the provision of a safe, quality service to our client group.

Our staff also benefit from a vocational training programme, and are regularly supported by our Quality Matters Team to embark upon specialist issues related to the needs of elderly clients, with an emphasis on internal promotion and staff development.

Prospective clientsPrior to being offered a place, prospective clients will be encouraged to view all available vacant accommodation, and visit for a trial day where they can fully experience the home. In advance of a place being offered a bespoke care plan based on the individuals needs and choices will be implemented with input from all supporting family members focusing on health and social care needs.
