Interview with Laura Ramirez

1. In what team do you play?And in what category?

I play in Gotics Rugby Club and I play in Honor Catalan

category.

2. How many years have you been playing rugby?

I play rugby for 3 years and 4 months.

3. Why did you chose play rugby?

Because my father played rugby and at the beginning I didn’t

like it but finally I was interested.

4. Do you play with boys?

Until 16 we play with boys and then we play separated.

5. In what position do you play?

I play in the running position, and I have the number 12.

Interview with the business workshop

1- What things do you do in business ?

we make a business and the teacher teaches how to do it well.

2-What is the best thing that all of us like of this workshop?

the think that we like of this workshop is the knowledge how to do a

business.

3-What is the worst thing that all of us refuse to do?

The worst thing of business is do all the report.

4-What other workshop do you want to do the next term?

I would like to go to cultura clàssica.

5-What works have all of us to do in the workshop?

For the final project we have to do cardboard explaining our

business

Interview with the Classic Culture workshop

1) What do you like about classic culture ? We like everything.

2) Do you like classic culture ?

Yes, a lot. It’s very interesting .

3) What don’t you like about this workshop? Nothing

4)What other workshop would you like to do?

We would like to do cinema, cooking, make up.

5) What film would you like to see?

Julio Cesar, Quo Vadis and Ben Hur.

PIZZA PEPPERONI

INGREDIENTS:

· Tomato sauce

· 1 Pizza mass

· Mozzarella

· Pepperoni

· Grated Parmesan cheese

· Oregano

INSTRUCTIONS:

First preheat the oven on maximum temperature.

Next, take a greaseproof paper on the table.

Later put the pizza mass on greaseproof paper.

Next, put the tomato sauce and mozzarella on pizza mass

Then, add a tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese, slices of pepperoni and sprinkle

oregano.

Finally, put the pizza on the oven for 15min.

Clara Soberbio

Macaroni Ingredients

1. 500 gr macaroni

2. 500 gr minced meat

3. 1 onion

4. 1 glass of white wine

5. 1 tin (500 gr) of mashed tomatoes

6. salt

7. olive oil

Recipe

1. Put a pot with water, salt and a bit of olive oil. While it is boiling, chop the onion and put it in a

very hot pan.

2. When the onion is brown, the minced meat is added and salted and cooked. When the water

boils, the macaroni is poured according to cooking instructions between 9-12 minutes

3. When the meat is half done, pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the

crushed tomato and add salt, fry it for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

4. Spread the macaroni past cooked time and reserve until the sauce is ready. Mix everything;

optional: a little Parmesan cheese on top !!!!

5. Enjoy your meal!!!!

Saray Vargas

HOT DOG with bacon and chips

Ingredients:

● hot dog bread

● sausage

● cheese

● bacon

● potatoes

Instructions:

First, cook the sausage in the frying pan.

While the sausage is in the pan, we cut the hot dog bread in the middle.

When the sausage is done, put it in the bread, and put cheese on top.

Then, if you want, you can put ketchup or mayonnaise.

Now we are going to do the decoration.

First, cut the potatoes into chunks, and fry the potatoes in the frying pan.

When the potatoes are done, put them on the plate and put the bacon in

the frying pan.

Later, put all on the plate.

And finally, we can eat! Delicious!!

GUACAMOLE WITH

CARROTS

INGREDIENTS ● 1 AVOCADO

● ¼ ONION

● ¼ CUP FRESH CILANTRO

● 2 TABLESPOONS LIME

JUICE

● 2 CARROTS

PREPARATION

1. To start, in a bowl, put de

avocado, the onion, the cup of cilatro and mix.

2. Next, add the lime juice and whip

Rice with chicken Ingredients:

400g Rice

Chopped chicken

1l chicken stock

2 cloves of garlic

100g red pepper

100g green pepper

1 tomato

150 ml white wine

Preparation: Put salt and the pepper on the chicken and fry the chicken in the pan with olive oil. Add the

white wine and stir during few minutes. Peel the garlic and add the red pepper and green

pepper and later cook it.

Italian Spaghetti with Iberian Ham

Ingredients ❖ 2 cups sliced cooked ham

❖ 1 minced clove of garlic

❖ 1 tablespoon of butter or 1

tablespoon of margarine

❖ 8 ounces of thin spaghetti

❖ 1⁄2 cup of grated parmesan

cheese

❖ 1⁄4 cup ofchopped parsley

❖ 3 eggs, slightly beaten

❖ 1⁄4 cup of sliced black olives

❖ salt and pepper

Procedure

● Melt butter in a large skillet and lightly sauté the ham and garlic.

● Cook spaghetti, drain and add to skillet.

● Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese, half the parsley, eggs and olives.

● Remove from heat and toss with salt and pepper to taste.

● Sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.

Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS (4-6 portions):

- 2 pounds russet potatoes (about 4 medium), peeled and cut into 1-inch

pieces

- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more as needed

- 3/4 cup whole milk

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

- Freshly ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, and enough cold

water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to a simmer and

cook until fork tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and get it back to

the pan. Shake the pan over medium heat for about a minute to dry the

potatoes. Transfer the potatoes to a food mill, ricer, or bowl. Put the milk and

butter in the saucepan, and heat over medium-high heat until the butter melts

and the milk is hot. Remove pan from the heat. Mash the potatoes through the

food mill, ricer, or by hand into the pan. Stir to combine with the milk and butter.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and add nutmeg, if desired. Serve

immediately.

MONTSE: Yes, of course.

ABDELLAH: Do you like your job?

MONTSE: Yes, a lot. I enjoy being a teacher.

ABDELLAH: An English teacher?

MONTSE: An English teacher, yes.

ABDELLAH: How is it you possible that you have so much patience?

MONTSE: Well, you have to like the job (first of all) and then there is also training, ok. You

gain patience with time.

ADRI: Why did you decide to be an English teacher?

MONTSE: Well, I don’t know, it’s something I’ve always like since I was a little child.

ADRI: Do you like travelling to English speaking countries?

MONTSE: Yeah, a lot.

IZAN: What is your opinion of this school?

MONTSE: It is a good school, the teachers are good, they are a nice people and students

too.

IZAN: Perfect... finished .

S-Do you like your job?

J-Yes really,I enjoy my job a lot.I’ve been working since 1992 and i’m very excited with this job!

S-Do you like travelling?

J- I like traveling it’s the most interesting activity for me , i think traveling is a way to know other

people and cultures and a way to open your mind.

N-What hobbies do you have?

J- I have a lot of hobbies: the first I enjoy riding a bike I like brewing beer i make my own beer

I like listening to music and go out at night.

s-Which music do you like?

J- All kinds of music,of good music,from classical music to trap,but only good music.

N-Would you like to change things of your work? If it is yes which things?

J-Perhaps a little bit more flexible time table but in general I’ agree with my job.
