**Friendly Reminder**The ARC Approval Process
The governing documents for the community require ARC (Architectural Review Committee) approval prior to landscaping, making alterations to existing landscaping, or undertaking any exterior modifications or improvements to the Lot or home exterior. The ARC meets the first Tuesday of each month to review homeowner applications for ARC approval. The deadline to submit your application package for the committee’s review is close of business on the Thursday immediately preceding the meeting. This deadline is in place to allow sufficient time for submittals to be scanned in, screened for completeness, and sent to committee members via email in advance of the meeting.
Applicants will receive a written letter in the mail informing them of the committee’s decision in approximately 5-7 business days following the meeting. Unless an alternate deadline is stated in the written letter, all work approved by the ARC must be completed within 90 days of the approval date stated in the letter.
A final inspection of approved hardscape projects will be scheduled to ensure all work has been completed in accordance with the approved application as submitted by the homeowner and approved by the ARC. Any changes or additions to an approved application require re-submitting the modifications to the ARC for approval.
The next ARC meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd.
