For example there are number of employees / students in your organization. It is difficult for Ensight administrator to monitor all of them together. Introduction

Enjay Ensight version 2.1 introduce you the independent screen viewer feature.This feature will help you in multi monitoring your employees.

For example there are number of employees / students in your organization. It is difficult for Ensight administrator to monitor all of them together.

This kind of organization must have the following hierarchy.

In the above case Enjay ensight viewer can help you in monitor your employees group wise.

Steps to setup ensight in these environments

1. Boss (Ensight Admin) is the one who has installed Enjay Ensight Server (console) inhis/her machine.Rest of the PCs including managers have to install Ensight client (agent)in their machines.

2. Once the installation process is done and all the PCs are connected in ensight server,admin have to configure for the groups.

3. First of all admin has to move in ensight web portal and login.Then move into managemenu > groups > add group;

4. Add employees / clients into the group from manage > clients menu.

5. Edit that group from group menu.

6. Make account for the Leader by clicking on icon in Make Leader column.

7. Leader Created, then admin have to inform username & password to the team leader.

8. After getting the login credential , Team leader has to move to the browser and openensight web portal.

Here 192.168.1.11 is the IP address of the ensight server.

9. Login to the ensight portal using leader’s credential.

10. Download the viewer application.Enter the url written in below image in browser todownload the viewer application

11. Start the Viewer application. Extract the file viewer.zip and open the folder then doubleclick on file ViewerClient.ens as shown in image below.

12. At 1st time starting the ensight viewer ,it will ask for the ip address of the ensight server.So enter the ensight server IP address and click on OK.

13. Login into the Ensight Viewer applicationUse the same credential created by ensight admin.

14. View the screens of your team members on viewer console.Double click on the small windows to view in full screens.
