Imagine a city guide mobile app; not a regular guide restricted to list sponsored restaurants and bars, but a collaborative and automated guide where users can schedule appointments, place orders, ask a taxi, book a hotel room, buy products with PayPal, among others. A guide that allows companies to create native Mobile Portals from a desktop or tablet using specialized blocks according to the their needs to create flows presented to users. All with an integrated messaging system with qualifications, notifications, history, favorites, search, reports, cloud storage and collaborative sights. An application designed to automate tasks usually executed manually by attendants and secretaries with blocks so flexible, that it’s currently being adapted to provide the estimated arrival time to a 250 bus fleet in a regional center city in Sao Paulo state. The same app is being prepared to Rio’s 2016 Olympics to provide amazing Drone videos of all important touristic sights to gain user traction.This sounds too much? No, the app is under test with a few companies and it’s available for download at Brazilian's Google Play and Apple Store.

The idea

The problem

Currently, there is no app that allow companies and self-employed people to automate tasks usually executed manually by attendants and secretaries that also allow them to be found through search by a fair price.

• Propaganda:– Advertisement costs are high. Google has a prohibitive cost for small companies and self-employed people

like physicians, dentists, hairdressers…• Automation:

– There’s no native app that allow a psychologist to auto organize its agenda or an app that allows a company to provide an automated forecasting spending or an app that allows a laundry to receive collect orders.

• Management:– A regular pizzeria has no BI to control which pizzas are top selling, days, most attendant regions and times

that allow it to create flexible price strategies. There’s nothing that allows it to communicate with its clients, generate reports, send broadcast News and files within the same app.

• Find places:– It’s hard to find a specialized physician, veterinary, or a reliable car mechanic. It’s even harder to find these

informations with pictures, descriptions, qualifications and filtered by distance. All in the same app. • Interact with places:

– There’s no app that allows a client to send its coordinates to a car mechanic to request a winch or to schedule an appointment on a dentist, book a table in a restaurant and also exchange messages and make payments.

The product is Mobile Hosting Solution that targets small / medium companies and self-employed people.It’s divided into two applications: • Enguia: used by the end user (mobile devices).• Enguia Studio: used by the company for editing and

management (tablet and desktop).The product is highly flexible and scalable. These places can create and manage Mobile Portals through specialized blocks designed according to their market segment. It’s possible to sell, rent, schedule, display pictures, and new blocks are added according to the market demand. It’s free for end users and self-employed people. Block Flows can be created directly from the mobile (self-employed) or by a desktop/tablet (companies). In this case, by paying a monthly fee.Enguia also allows anyone to publish Events and Sights, making it a complete city guide.

The main source of income is through a monthly fee payed by every company that uses Enguia Studio (tablet, desktop) to edit/manage their Mobile Portals. Similar to search engines, companies can also pay an extra amount in order to appear in the first search result page.

Currently, there are 5 possible marketing strategies:1. Through salesman going door to door. 2. Through Ads on Google Play/Apple Store.3. Through social networks and friends to promote the automation provided for self-

employed people and freelances. 4. Through insertion of all most important sights/events of São Paulo/Rio de Janeiro,

including drone videos.5. Through the creation of a block to display the estimated arrival time of a 250 bus fleet

in a city in São Paulo state.

Currently, there’s no direct competitor, but there are a few apps that list sponsored places. Some of them automates orders or reservations. Follow the list below:

Kekanto: One of the most famous app in Brazil, Kekanto lists sponsored places and their qualifications. Foursquare/Yelp: Similar to Kekanto.Pedidos Já/ iFood/ Paparango: Food delivery oriented, these apps automates food orders.Helpling: Schedule of a cleaner. Facebook/ Google: It lists some places around the user position.

The edition

Mobile Portals can be created through Enguia Studio app. In case of freelances and self-employed people, Portals can be created directly through the mobile.
