Paragraph Two: Example (part 1)
First of all, prepare all the office supplies you will need, such as: stapler, three-hole puncher, dividers, tabs and a three-ring binder. Next, punch holes in all the worksheets and categorize them according to each language skill. (N.B. this paragraph continues on the next slide)

Following that, label the tabs with each of the skills and insert them in the dividers. Prior to placing the worksheets in the binder, insert the dividers for each skill in the binder to separate the four different areas. Finally, place your worksheets in each section according to the date.
