English is the language of international business communication. In a world characterised by increasing globalisation more and more business people need a knowledge of English whether this is to communicate with partners from other countries or for marketing and negotiation.
Oxford English Centre
The Oxford English Centre was established in 1979. We are an independent school and not part of a chain. We offer high quality courses in magnificent premises, close to the centre of Oxford, an historic and world famous centre for learning where students have been coming to study for over 800 years. The Oxford English Centre is accredited by the British Council and is a member of English UK and IALC - your guarantees of quality.
The school is equipped with light, spacious classrooms, multi media centre with listening and DVD facilities; interactive whiteboards; computers with language learning software and Internet access ; a school restaurant; garden terrace and pleasant grounds. There are many local facilities (pubs, restaurants and shops) in the streets next to the school.
The Oxford English Centre offers courses throughout the year with an experienced and dedicated teaching staff, several of whom have undertaken specialist training in Business English. There is a good nationality mix with clients from more than 70 countries following courses during the year.

This is a course for business professionals and students who want to improve their General English and learn business communication skills.
30 lessons per week• 20 lessons of General English per week in mainstream, graded, •international classes 10 lessons of English for Business per week in a mini group •(maximum 6 students) 1 lesson is 45 minutes tuition•Begin every Monday•Enjoy the benefits of teamwork•Course duration – 2, 3 or 4 weeks•

Course B Individual Tuition
This course allows you to study exactly what you want, at any level and at any speed. It is specifically English for your business whether you are an executive, manager, director or owner. Your needs are assessed before arrival and the course is designed as a language solution for your job.

Course BBUS Combined Course
This is a course that combines individual classes and the English solution for your job together with business communication practice in a mini group (maximum 6 students).

TOEIC
The Test of English for International Communication measures proficiency in English for the workplace at intermediate and advanced levels and is recognised by corporations and government agencies around the world.
20 lessons of General English per week in a mixed nationality group• 10 lessons of TOEIC training per week in a mini group (maximum 6)•Course duration – 2 weeks•
