The admission list is purely provisional, subject to verification of original documents/testimonials by the Department. The candidates selected in the aforesaid merit list are required to get their documents/ testimonials verified from the original ones in the Department office before depositing the admission fee through online mode. They are also required to submit the provisional original certificate to the office of the Department at the time of completing admission formalities. The Admission Committee observed serious discrepancies in the merit list prepared by the agency for MA Admission. Although the Admission Committee corrected those discrepancies before notifying the merit list but if any candidate having more merit than the candidates placed in the merit list/selection list is left-out, he/she is required to immediately contact the office of the Department.
