OUR FLAGSHIP PROJECT

• We commissioned and handed over to the Client:

- Zholymbet Gold Processing Plant (2.25 mtpa) – October 2017

- Aksu Gold Processing Plant (2.25 mtpa) – November 2017

- Bestobe Gold Processing Plant (2.25 mtpa) – February 2018

• We have fully prepared new facilities for operation:

- Hired and trained operating personnel in all trades;

- Procured all required spare parts and consumables (includingsodium cyanide);

- Developed a set of required procedures and guidelines;

- Ensured compliance with all licensing requirements;

• In 2015 – 2016 we initiated and arranged sampling of the old tailingsof Kazakhaltyn gold plants, worked out a process based on CILtechnology with high recovery indices and developed Feasibility Study.

• We successfully presented our business case to Client’s experts,proved the project economics and executed an ЕРС Contract in June2016.

• Mobilisation to site commenced in July 2016 • Majority of construction, equipment installation, start-up and

commissioning work was carried out from July 2016 to September2017

OUR WAY TO WORK ON A PROJECT

• We develop deep understanding of Customer’s technicalexpectations at earliest stages of the project.

• Where possible strive for unification of the new processequipment with the one already used by our Client.

• Involve Client into development of the content of theOperational Information Model of the future plant andagree on its commissioning / handover process (COBie).

• Establish Project Risk Management Program as early as atthe Conceptual Design stage.

• Develop Project Schedule at a level of detail comfortablefor both the Client and Bank appointed Engineer.

• Create a 5D project model with the advanced technologyand tools, including comprehensive TEKLA STRUCTURESand BENTLEY SYSTEMS software package.

• Establish an integrated information environment to effectively manageengineering and other project data through the entire chain ProjectOwner / EPC Contractor / Suppliers and Sub-Contractors (ProjectWise).

• Within the concept of Construction Driven Engineering, apply latestconstruction site management methodology (Advanced WorkPackaging).

• Engage early and closely cooperate with hi-end process equipmentsuppliers and sub-contractors, whose reliability has been proven byyears of partnership.

• Bridge our EHS practices with Customer’s standards going for thetoughest requirements.

VR for us isn’t only a great visualization tool, but it also:• Helps us to identify collisions early and improve our solutions;• Works perfectly to put to life our design-for-maintenance commitment

(locations and dimensions of service platforms, passages and walkways, etc.);

• Verifies proper ergonomics for operators and assists in their early stage training;

loading/unloading operations as well as a great

variety of other duties within a tight schedule,

would be impossible without our front-end loaders.

Equipment towing and cargo haulage for short

distances are other applications of this machinery.

when we work on huge Tailings Management

Facilities or tasked to build a road in the

highlands or any other assignment you can

think of in the most severe conditions.

Hydraulic Excavators

With a working volume ranging from 1.3 to 4.6 m3

they are widely used to carry out work at unstable

ground and other complex soils. These machines

are the best companion to our dozers, front-end

loaders and dump trucks .

Low Bed Trucks of up to 100 tonnes load capacityare used to promptly deliver our heavy equipmentover any distance to a new project site.

to haul at a time 40 – 50 tons of aggregates,

rock or top soil, but for working conditions or

economic reasons would go for conventional
