Coarse or humid bulk material cannot be discharged pneumatically. It is discharged by the Vibrating Siloblaster.
Usually the downstream transport system is realized by screw conveyors.
KREISEL provides to you different pneumatic conveying systems depending on your capacity and your conveying distance.

In case of coarse or humid bulk material, screw conveyors are the best technical solutions to convey the bulk material without any emissions to the environment. There are pipe screw conveyors and trough screw conveyors.
Bulk material which is fluidisable and not sticky is to be discharged by a pneumatic discharge system.The main item is the open airslide which is equipped with a special synthetic fabric.
The target is a continuous and even silo discharge as ”mass flow” without any material bridgeing or “funnel flow” and adhesive effects to the silo walls as well as a high emptying rate of the silo.
