All attenders MUST DownLoad the form from the course WebPage, Fill in the Blanks, and SIGN the form. The attenders MUST BRING the completed form to the USD facility and give the form to the USD personnel prior to formal admission to the USD Operation.

Travel ArrangementsStudents are responsible for making their OWN travel arrangements. At the conclusion of the tour, any student is free to go his or her own way. Students do NOT need to return to campus.

Field Trip Grading 5 points for attendance. Completion of the trip report will be considered evidence of

attendance 0-5 Points for sending to the Main Host a THANK YOU eMail within one week of the

touro Thank-you-note Grading based on including a THOUGHTFUL comment on the

tour and how much you learned. Examples of grading schema
