Speak: What can you do?

Publish a post (now or scheduled) to your corporate pages or outlet pages.

To create a Post, click either Corporate or Local.

FANlets Catalog:Here you can scroll through the different Facebook templates that are available in Engage121, and see a larger preview before posting .

Click Choose Category to quickly preview the FANlets you need.

To create a FB app, click either Corporate or Local.FANlets are custom

Facebook Apps for use on your Facebook Business Page, like: contests, surveys, polls, etc. These FANlets can be posted immediately or scheduled.

Step 1: Choose a Campaign (for tracking) and compose your post.

Step 2: Choose your channel(s) Step 3: Post Now or Schedule

Composing a Post (Local)

Step 1: Choose a Campaign (for tracking) and compose your post. Include Merge fields for localization (name, address, etc.)

Step 2: Choose your channel(s) and which outlet(s) you would like to post to.

Step 3: Post Now or Schedule.

Speak: Schedule now or later after approval

Schedule your post by selecting a time and date you would like the post to go live.

Preview all you have scheduled in your planner. (shown here)

If you have SocialFlow enabled for your Twitter account, you can choose to SocialFlow your tweets to optimise tweet performance.

Enter your campaign details and select campaign objectives to track in Evaluate.

Step 1:After clicking the “TINY” link; You can either select an existing URL or create a new URL to track click-throughs.

Step 2:Once you’ve selected an existing or new URL, hit save to add it to your post.

Your Engage121 Planner helps you, manage your team activity, posts, projects, tasks and quickly view all that is happening in one, easy to use panel.

Planner: How to Use it

Quick View menu where you can access Planner, Connect121, Explore, Listen and Alerts.

Switch Views; Calendar or List View

Click Here to view the expanded version of your calendar, make edits and delete events and posts.

Review your upcoming events, tasks, posts, etc. in the daily list view by clicking on a date in the Calendar.

Planner: Use to review & approve content

Open the scheduled Post in the Planner.

Edit to change copy, add different images, scheduling, targeting or campaign

The system records all changes to post and notifies the originator and approver

Click through to see a complete history of post edits – using older/newer.

The system records not just changes but who made them and when.

Post status can be set to approved or left as pending dependent on permissions of the user

Recipients then approve or reject or provide comments back into the system via email

Planner: Review performance – test or post again

Once a post has been published it remains available in the planner to review post performance

Some clients use this functionality to ‘test’ posts to small target groups and then post again if they achieve certain metrics

Planner: Manage teams and projects

Use Calendar to Manage projects for yourself and your team.

Simply click the Manage button and select the Projects tab.

In the Projects tab you can create new projects and assign tasks connected to that project.

When editing a task as the assigner or assignee, the user can change the status of the task and add a note about the status.
