infrastructure objects on the basis of the state historical architectural monument of Ukraine “Barracks of the Old Fortress”

“Terra-Heroica”;Kamyanets–Podilsky is one of most interesting towns of

Easrern Europe in the historical architectural and cultural plan. The town was also twice nominated in the “Seven wonders of Ukraine”. Therefore, taking into consideration the considerable historical – architectural inheritance of the town, the development of its tourist potential becomes expedient.

Deposit of bromine water of high mineralization

BACKGROUND INFORMATION In the canyon of the Smotricg river between the barracks of the Old Fortress and the main bridge “Strimka Lan’ ” there was

found the deposit of bromine waters of high mineralization in 1999- 2000 years. The usage of the aforementioned water resource for recreation purposes draws additional attention to the project of reconstruction of the barracks of the Old Fortress into a recreational – tourist complex with tourist infrastructure.

PECULIARITIES OF THE PROJECT

the project of reconstruction of the barracks of the Old Fortress into a recreational – tourist complex with tourist infrastructure includes the maintainance of the authentic facades ;

the project is at the same time of recreational and tourist orientation and this fact draws investors attention and increases its profitability;

the investor will be exempt from rental payment for the occupiend territory during the reconstruction of the object in order to spend the mentioned money for the arrangement of access roads to the complex .

Gross receipt from the infrastructure of recreational – tourist complex in case the worl load of the restaurant is 30% , the work load of the conference hall is 10%, and the work load of the rest of the objects - 30%, will constitute about – 2 036 150 UAH (for year).
