Project Approach – Project Constraints Buildings 222 & 223 must have at least one fully functional loading

dock at all times (either 222’s or 223’s).

Building 223 fire department connection and fire alarm panel must be relocated prior to demo/excavation at 233 loading dock.

Work in Building 223 must be coordinated with grade/high school education activities.

School Bus drop-off and turn-around capabilities at southwest corner of Building 223 must be maintained during school year.

Pedestrian access from the north parking lot to Building 222 (East Entrance) must be maintained at all times.

Other Argonne constraints will be identified during review and approval of GC’s proposed schedule.
