Proposed Project Manager- At least 15 Years Experience- At least 3 Completed Projects of Similar Type- Completed Projects with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)- Governmental Project Experience- OSHA 30-Hour Training Course

Proposed Superintendent- At least 20 Years Experience- At least 5 Completed Projects of Similar Type- Completed Projects with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)- Governmental Project Experience- OSHA 30-Hour Training Course

- At least 15 Years Construction Industry Experience- Certified Safety Professional or comparable professional registration- At least 5 Completed Projects with Safety incentive Programs- Completed Projects with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

Proposed MEP Subcontractor - At least 10 Years Experience within the past 12 years with construction of laboratories (with a project value of $15MM or greater).

Proposed Scheduler- At least 3 Years Experience with CPM Scheduling Applications- At least 2 Completed Projects as Scheduler of Similar Type

RFP Davis-Bacon Compliance

The minimum wages paid laborers and mechanics engaged in construction work within the scope of this request shall be in accordance with the Department of Labor minimum wage determination.

Intent to include Small, Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Businesses on the ESB Project

The Statutory ESB Project Goals are:

Project Approach – Project Constraints Buildings 222 & 223 must have at least one fully functional loading

dock at all times (either 222’s or 223’s).

Building 223 fire department connection and fire alarm panel must be relocated prior to demo/excavation at 233 loading dock.

Work in Building 223 must be coordinated with grade/high school education activities.

School Bus drop-off and turn-around capabilities at southwest corner of Building 223 must be maintained during school year.

Pedestrian access from the north parking lot to Building 222 (East Entrance) must be maintained at all times.

Other Argonne constraints will be identified during review and approval of GC’s proposed schedule.
