It gives me immense pleasure to endorse Ms. Nikita Koka, applicant for the Executive

Body, AIESEC in Ahmedabad, 2014-15’.

I have interacted and worked alongside Nikita on various occasions, both as a team

member during her term as team leader oGCDP and as a Co MB member. Her passion

for her work and for the organization is remarkable and it has even motivated me in my

journey through the organization. She has experienced AIESEC in its purest for as an

GCDP intern to Egypt. During her term as Team Leader in the multiple portfolios

(Marketing and oGCDP) she has been instrumental in the growth of the departments.

Nikita has proved through her hard work and dedication that she is an asset to the

organization. During her time in the organization she has metamorphosed from a

wonderful team player into an efficient and confident leader. She is committed to

achieve impactful results. She understands people and knows how to lead them in the

right direction. She is an extremely humble human being and a patient observer. Most

importantly, she is an avid learner and always takes on new tasks and responsibilities

with zeal and enthusiasm. I feel she has can contribute lot more to the organization.

I hereby endorse Ms. Nikita Koka for the Office of the Executive Body, AIESEC in

Ahmedabad 2014-15. I wish her all the best for all her future endeavors.
