AIESEC in Ahmedabad, for a position in the Executive Board 2014-2015 for the Local

Committee.

I have closely worked with Nikita for 3 quarters of a year. Her willingness to work, overcome

limitations, and above all, to accomplish targets is commendable. I have interacted with her on

several occasions, and find myself of the firm belief that she possesses great clarity with regards

to her portfolio of choice and great tenacity to help AIESEC in Ahmedabad achieve its goals in

2014-2015. Nikita has all her roles and responsibilities in her AIESEC tenure with great balance

and a consistency that speaks for her management skills and leadership qualities.
