I’m Matt Simpson and I am a bio-hacker, wannabe bodybuilder/triathlete, supplement enthusiast, steroid neutralist and relative expert in losing fat the right way. This website is a product of all my cumulative experiments and experience with my own and other people’s ‘systems’ to test the best approaches for cutting bodyfat, building muscle whilst fasting, losing fat whilst feasting and the most effective and essential supplements. Most of what you think you know about health and fitness is bollocks (translation for U.S. readers: a load of shit). Health advice in the U.S and Europe is twenty years behind the cutting edge advancements that are being acheived in physical health by outsiders. Some people are delving deep into the science of the human body and what they find is shedding light on how we are programmed as a species and how we can “hack” our bodies to create everlasting, transformative changes.

I will detail my 8 week cutting diet and exercise regimes and also will feature specials on my 30 day bulking and shredding campaigns where I have put on close to 30lbs in the past and then dropped to 7 – 8 % bodyfat. The bulking may even be as relevant for endomorphs because you guys already have the thickness and the mass – how lucky is that?!! Still it provides an example on how we can use scientific methods to break through genetic barriers, change our story about our lives and live in a way that guys us back control.

My diet is cyclical and is what I use to affect my size and body fat because my workouts always stay the same. I utilise exercise regimes compiled by Jason Ferruggia in his ‘Minimalist Training’ Program that focus on compound movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Yates Row) and I add heavy isolation exercises (leg press, weighted tricep drips and cheat curls) that are ALWAYS done to failure. As an endomorph you actually do not have to train as hard or as often as you might think. I will mention exercises such as kettlebell swings and jumpsquats that can be done almost anywhere – take roughly 15 minutes and can be done twice a week!

The key is diet.And not a brutal calorie counting diet. No way! They suck and will make you give up before you have even started.What you need to do is feed your body with nutrients that will optimise your brain and your systems.

DON’T EAT LESS —> EAT SMARTERI believe that diet is the most important thing for body composition, however if you want to maximise your muscularity this must be combined with a workout plan that will allow you to train insane and maximise the effectiveness of every session. This means you train harder but less often, leaving the body more time to recover and grow.

Minimalist Training is the most valuable for shredding fat. Do more with less. Instead of taking a 10k run that exhausts you instead do a 30min intense as all hell kettlebell workout or deadlifts at 60% of your max. This kind of weightlifting protocol utilises over 100 years of powerlifting regimes and lifetimes worth of rigorous testing that has proven over and over to be effective.The main thing is, whatever your goals, you must optimise your diet!

• There are plenty of diets out on the internet targeted for people who want to pile on weight and muscle and bulk up because they are skinny. However if you are naturally a big guy or an ‘endomorph’ then you will know that these diets will make you put on belly fat and look horribly out of shape because they are all about carbs and calories. Instead you should look for a more specific Endomorph Diet.

• Free weight loss programs are often standardised and offer no way to get feedback or advice and instead just offer generic weight loss tips. If you are an easy gainer then not only do you want weight loss help, you also want to maximise your genetic potential in the gym! Fast weight loss is not necessarily want you want to aim for because often with a detox this weight loss will just be your body losing water and not losing fat.

• Also you want to be aiming for the best weight loss, losing muscle will make you lose significant weight but it will also make you soft. The best weight loss plan will comprise weight loss foods that help to maximise muscular potential whilst keeping fat storage and retention as low as possible.
