How to use this book This book is used to aid players on how all the rules work, along with diagrams to show the area where all the pieces on the board should be setup at the start of each game. There is list all of the components that come with the game to make sure each player has all the pieces they need. Players will be able to see what the stats are for each type of alien soldier they command, how they move, how they attack, and when they are able to purchase additional soldiers. There is an explanation on the use of the power cores, and power crystals. The book also provides the story behind the game, as well as background stories for all four alien species. A section has been made for commonly asked questions that can help all the players know how to play the game correctly.

Intro
Game Story
For centuries, a deadly virus has been ravaging one of the most ancient galaxies in the universe eradicating all life in its path. Not knowing how the virus began, fear has gripped the last remaining species from the farthest corners of the galaxy that have been able to survive the deadly pandemic. Each species has been accusing the other as the cause for all the destruction ever since it all began. After decades of searching through the void of space for a cure, something else was found instead, salvation. A single planet that became known as Theas was discovered at the far edge of the galaxy, the very last with any ability to support life beyond the reach of the virus. A war has broken out, and the final battle to see who will claim Theas as their own is about to begin. Only one can survive!

Race background stories:
Ranagrak
A violent race that is prone to conflict, and divided into clans. They don’t believe in talking to resolve problems, they fight to the death and whoever survives the fight is the one that was right. After their planet was attacked by the deadly virus, a fight erupted between the different clans for the available spaceships, and guess what only the strongest clans got out. They eliminated the weaker clans and took the spaceships. Now, on planet Theas, the clans have decided to join forces to eliminate their rivals, but after the war ends, it’s back to their law “only the strong are right and survive.” The red stones represent this race.

“The Enlighten Ones,” a peaceful and really intelligent race are basically a bunch of nerds. Their planet was the most advanced planet in the universe. They had the technology to basically do whatever they wanted, even prolong life and, from time to time, cheat death. Superstitious, when the virus attacked their planet they believed it was a punishment sent by their gods, and most of their population stayed, as they were fanatics. They stayed saying that they deserved their punishment and that they were ready to meet their makers, only some of them did not give up and got out in search of a new home. Now, on planet Theas, they have found a perfect environment that they can call home, and they are going to fight for it. You would think that this nerdy race is weak, but think again my friend. Their technology is so advanced that you don’t have to be careful of just their toys, which are awesome, but also you have to be careful of them as they have evolve themselves to be faster and stronger through biogenetics, making this race of nerds any bully’s nightmare. The clear/white stones represent this race.

Quitre
A species built on unity, this race works as a whole. Their entire species was built around their world teamwork. All of them are taught from the very beginning of their lives to put their race first, to forget about the individual and only do what’s best for the race. When the virus struck their planet, the entire species collaborated to have the strongest and the smartest of their race scape the planet to find a new home and rebuild their civilization. Now, on planet Theas, they are a team with a plan; to eliminate their rivals and build their home back to the perfect unit it was. The blue stones represent this race. Origin planet: Senoiluc

Dackthor
Skulls, blood, and bones are only a few of the things that this race considers as
decorations. A pure evil race, bred to kill and destroy, they have no remorse, nothing even close that resembles a conscience, and their only goal is to be the only remaining race in the universe. They only seek to conquer planets, take all their resources, enslave their young ones to be train and turn into killers, and destroy the planets after they’re done with them. When this race attacks a planet unspeakable things happen, that always lead up to a star extinguishing in the sky. After the virus struck their home planet only their most elite warriors, said to be descendants of gods, were sent out to establish a new home base, where they can grow strong again and continue with the purging of the universe. Now, on planet Theas, they have only one goal in mind, rip their enemies to pieces and take this planet as their own. “Let the purging begin.” The black stones represent this race.

Getting Started
To set up the game you first have to lay the game board on a flat surface with the planet’s map facing upwards. After placing the game board down you will distribute each set of 10 battle cards. You will then place the 4 different colored stones into the bag and shake them up. One person will pick out a stone and that player is that color. You do this until all players have a colored stone. Each race is identified by a set of colored stones.
You will then take the sixteen power cores and place them in each of the yellow spaces that have been marked on the board below. Once you have chosen your race and placed down the power cores you will then distribute the movement counters so that each player has three. Once all of that is completed you will use your given power crystals to buy specific units.
You do not have to spend all twenty of your starting power crystals if you do not want to. After you have purchased your units place them on the game board in the starting area for that specific color.
11
Rules
● You can move up to 3 spaces per turn depending on the unit piece ● You have to purchase units with your power crystals before making any movements ● You can only move one unit type per turn ● You can only attack with one unit at a time. (Multiple units can not attack at once) ● To gain power crystals you have to get the captured power core back to your starting area. ● If you bring a captured power core to your starting area it is removed from the game unless
you are currently below your original 3 starting power cores then it becomes one of your power cores on the game board
● Game pieces can jump over the same color piece. For example the red player can jump over another piece as long as it is red.
● Players cannot jump over power core spaces if there is a power core occupying the space. Once the power core is removed then the space becomes a regular space.
● Two game pieces are not allowed to occupy the same space. ● Players can only move their game pieces in the designated areas on the game board.
How to Play: Detailed
Each player has the choice to spend their accumulated Power Crystals at the beginning of their turn before the movement phase begins. Once the Purchase phase is finished then player can then move one type of their game pieces up to the maximum number of movement allowed for the unit type. At that point, the next player (moving clockwise) will have their turn unless the current player decides to move into the attack phase. The attack phase can only be entered if the player moves their piece into a space that is within firing range of another player’s piece.
Phases included in a turn Purchase Phase
If a player has Power Crystals to spend, to purchase units, they must decide if they want to spend them before making any movements. If a player moves a unit they are then unable to spend any Power Crystals for the rest of that turn. Movement Phase
Each player will be able to move 1 unit type up to the max amount of spaces allowed for that specific unit. An example of this would be moving three different infantry units up to a total of 3 spaces combined for all of the units. Each time you make a movement you will
12
flip one of your movement counters over so that the red x is facing upwards. You will be unable to jump over or move through any units that do not belong to you. If you have moved your units into a position that you want them to be at and you still have remaining movements you can choose to forfeit the remaining moves and end your turn. If you move your unit into a space with a neutral or opponent’s power core then you capture the power core with that unit. Attack Phase During the attack phase of the turn the attacking player chooses a unit to attack with. Once the attacking unit is chosen, then the two players will each place 1 of their cards face down on the table. When both players are ready they flip over their card to reveal their decision. If the player plays a defense card that player raises his or her hit points. If they player plays an attack card they take away that amount of their opponents hit points. If the player uses a misfire card while the other player is attacking then that attack does not damage. This sequence repeats itself until the winner of the battle is determined. The winner of the battle is the player with the last unit standing. If there are movements remaining after the attack phase is complete you can go back to the movement phase.
How to play: Step by step Step 1: Setup game board. Step 2: Purchase beginning units with your starting 20 power crystals. Step 3: Begin the game with red going first, if there is no red player then blue goes first, if there is no red or blue then clear/white moves first. Step 4: Choose if you want to purchase units with your power crystals before you move a unit. Step 5: Move a single type of unit up to a maximum of 3 spaces per turn. Step 6: For each move you make flip over one of the movement markers so that the red X is facing up. Step 7: If you have one of your units on the same space as a neutral or enemy power core then you pick up the power core and can try to bring it back to your starting area. Step 8: If you are in range of an opponents unit you can choose to attack.
13
Step 9: If you choose to attack then you progress through the battle process defined above. Step 10: If you still have moves after attacking you can choose to keep moving units or end your turn. Step 11: When you are out of moves or you have your units where you want them,, you end your turn and the next player begins their turn. Step 12: Repeat steps 4-‐11 until all opposing units are destroyed or until your opponents have no remaining power cores.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. Can I move multiple pieces at once? A. Yes, you can move any number of one type of unit up to maximum of their given
movement. An example of this would be moving 1 infantry unit 3 spaces or 3 infantry units 1 space each.
Q. How do I capture a power core?
A. You capture a power core by getting one of your units onto the same space that a power core is occupying. You then take the power core back across the board into your territory.
Q. How do I gain more Power Crystals?
A. The only way to gain Power Crystals is to capture a power core. Every power core that you capture is worth 5 Power Crystals each.
Q. If I attack and I am out of the enemy’s range does that mean that they cannot hit me?
A. No, the range of an attack is just the number of spaces away from an enemy unit needed before you can begin a battle.
Q. Can I move after I attack someone?
A. Yes, however after you initiate battle with one of your units that unit has to stay in its current space and is unable to move until your next turn.
Q. If a unit holding a power core is destroyed does the core go back to its original position?
A. No, the power core will stay on the same space that it was at when the unit holding the core was destroyed.
Q. If I’m attacked by an opposing player, do I have to play the defensive battle cards?
A. No, during a battle you are able to play either the defensive or offensive battle cards. The defensive cards increase your health points while the offensive battle cards deal damage to your opponents’ health points.
