DESCRIPTION

In the key areas of labour, capital and land and natural resources, there is growing global realisation that the end has come to limitless resources. Societies, organisations and individuals must adapt behaviours and expectations, to deal effectively with limitations on supplies that were once seen as infinite. More must be done with less; less money, less land to produce food for rapidly expanding populations; less highly skilled and technical human resource. Technology has a central role to play in making valuable resources yield more direct benefits. And the supply chain can measurably decrease wastage, increase traceability and cut operating costs.
