DRIVE:• Largely Unconscious• The Body Seems to Respond on its Own• Feels Natural• Requires Little or no Effort to Get Started

Procrastination:• Usually Conscious• A Conditioned Response• You Exaggerate & Chunk into too Many Steps• Feels Horrible & Uses PAIN to De-Motivate You• A form of Self-Sabotage• Easy to Stop When You Know How
