Can I reprint letters?

Yes! Index > Attendance > Letters > Reprint

RECORDS TRANSFERSRecords released are now imported at IAKSS, with the exception of Transcripts. This will continue for 14-15.

Registrars, pay close attention to your Process Inbox! It should be checked at least once daily.

If you receive a message for a student who was not last enrolled in your school, simply delete the message. Do not Release, Reject or Ignore the request!

When a student is enrolling under any of the following circumstances, be sure to add the last school, district, state, etc. that they last attended:

1. Student is enrolling in FCPS for the first time in a grade other than Kindergarten

2. Student is enrolling in FCPS after being enrolled in a different school district or private school

When a student is withdrawing to attend another district or private school, be sure to add the new school, district, state, etc. that they will be attending.

At minimum, for public schools the school name, district and state should be included. For private schools, the school name, city and

state should be included.

You may also want to include an address, telephone number, etc.
