Assisted Inventory Management (AIM)The Assisted Inventory Management program allows you, the ORS Nasco customer, to simplify managing your inventory and maintain the product level your distribution business demands. AIM is a vital distributor tool that will track product consumption and automatically refill product as needed, resulting in the increase of your service level provided to your customers. This vendor managed inventory program will prevent on-the-spot decisions, order errors and limits the amount of purchase orders printed.

Electronic Data Information (EDI)ORS Nasco sells exclusively to authorized distributors in the industrial, welding, safety, energy, and construction markets. To enable our customers to simplify their ordering process, ORS Nasco has implemented the Electronic Data Information process. EDI ordering will take your purchase orders and upload them electronically into the ORS Nasco system and will return an EDI acknowledgment & invoice.

ORS NASCO DISTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS

In keeping with ORS Nasco's Pure Wholesale - Pure Value proposition, we sell only to bona fide distributors who sell their

products exclusively to the end-user. Distributors must provide a re-sale certificate from the state in which they are doing

business and submit a copy of that certificate with their application for an account to be established. Distributors must

either have distribution infrastructure (including a commercial place of business, inventory, trucks, adequate personnel to

operate the business, and systems developed and designed to service the end-user customer) or other indicia, satisfactory

to ORS Nasco in its discretion, demonstrating that Distributor is a bona fide distributor. ORS Nasco reserves the right to

reverse account open status if it is found that the account is not in keeping with the overall strategy of the Company and/

or the past credit history is found to be beyond the stated terms of ORS Nasco.

Q: How long will it take to set up my customer account?A: Once we’ve received your complete account application, we can generally set up your account within 48 hours.

Q: What are your operating hours?A: By telephone, we are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday. Fax is available 24 hours a day.

Q: What is your prepaid freight policy?A: Freight will be prepaid for $1,500 net invoice shipment within the continental United States.

Q: What is your freight policy?A: All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point with the following allowance: Freight will be prepaid for $1,500 net invoice

shipment within the continental United States. All items can be combined to fulfill the above requirements, except items stated in the freight terms as not being applicable for freight terms or policies. All shortages/damages must be noted on the original freight bill from carrier and communicated to ORS Nasco within 10 working days.
