Tank is equipped with 2 manholes N6, N7 for cleaning and service purposes. To avoid vacuum and over pressure hazard the vessel must be equipped with safety relieve and block valve - nozzles N2, N3. Set pressure for safety relieve valve is max 6.6 BAR.
When loading up the tank, barite is blown from a vessel to the tank via the ventilation nozzle N2 DN100. Working pressure up to 6 BAR from compressor.
When unloading air is blow into the tank from nozzle N5 DN80 and Barite is leaving the tank via unloading pipe N4 DN125 on the lower part of the cone. Working pressure up to 6 BAR from compressor. When finished the tank is unloaded (no air pressure).
Maximum loading weight of barite is 330 tons (max level 12,430m). The vessel is equipped with weighting system to avoid overfilling hazard and monitoring the volume of product inside. On each leg the weight indicator with controller must be installed: Model INTUITIVE-L 100ton. See appendix 5 for further informa-tion.
Vessel must be installed on site to prefabricated metal frame.
The vessel can be lifted ONLY in empty condition.
The pressure vessel is designed, fabricated and tested accordingto EN 13455:2009 standard.
