Mauro Colagreco, a triple starred chef, will sign a
mediterranean influenced menu, essentially composed of
revisited tapas, exclusively for the KOMO Monaco. In a
cozy, industrial and musical backdrop, visitors are invited
to taste creative dishes between land and sea, herbs and
flowers, bitterness and acidity, in a casual vibe.
THE PASTRY SHOP
For food lovers, a «Haute Couture» pastry corner will highlight
Pierre Hermé’s pastry skills. KOMO will offer a selection of cakes,
macarons and sweats. As beautiful as they are tasty.
THE WATER WALL
A monumental spring, mineral and glacial water bottle wall will
