2.12.1Question: Does the client have one certified location or several locations?

Minimum statements for individual certifications:

1. Audit leader must be named.

2. Order No. must be stated.

3. Certificate No. must be stated (01 100 or 104 yyxxxx).

4. The standard must be stated.

5. If a TÜV CERT Rheinland Cert logo is requested, this must be indicated and the email address of the client must be stated.

6. The number of the respective certificates must be stated.

7. Company: Entry in the applicable commercial register (or the corresponding national registry). For foreign language certificates: avoid translation of proper names or the type of corporation.

8. Company logo ( JPG, RFT, TIF, GIF or DOC format), to the extent it can be integrated into the overall layout.

9. Country identification for foreign certificates (e. g. D for Germany, F for France).

10. Complete address with postal code and city (for foreign language certificates: translation of the city names), street and street number in the "company" field and given as Word file.

11. Scope of application is always stated in German and English and in those additional languages requested by the client (as a matter of principle it would be beneficial if the scope of application were also submitted as an electronic file. For difficult character sets, e.g. Czech, Hungarian, etc., fonts should be included). Notes such as “see previous certificate“ are not permissible.

12. Signatures of the client and the audit leader must be provided at the bottom, and/or electronic marks such as “signed client” are sufficient if the signature of the audit leader is present.

Additional minimum statements for certification of several locations:

1. Additional locations can be listed on the main certificate under the address: “with the locations xyz)”. The individual locations are listed with city names.

2. The client can receive an additional attachment to the main certificate. The main certificate will then note “see Annex for additional locations”. The Certification Body requires the following for the annex: The company name of the location incl. address (street, building number, postal code and city).

3. The client can also receive a “sub-certificate” for each certified location. In addition to the state-ments under 2), the Certifying Body requires the scope of application for each certified location. The main certificate then bears the following note regarding validity: “This certificate is valid in conjunction with the main certificate until …” Please note that the main location can also be issued a sub-certificate and/or that this certificate also must be entered in the database. The issue of the sub-certificate number is 01 100 or 104 yyxxxx/1. The audit leader enters each sub-certificate into the database individually. The main location is given the number 1 and all other locations receive subsequent numbers.
