本製品はインサーキット・エミュレータ ｼﾘｰｽﾞを用いて、１１３ピン・ＣＳＰのＮＥＣ製シングNDルチップ・マイコンのディバグを行うため開発されたものです。

This product has been developed for use when debugging NEC's 113-pin CSP single-chip microcomputers,using an ND Series in-circuit emulator.

本製品はＮＥＣ製 ｼﾘｰｽﾞにも御使用になれます。 ｼﾘｰｽﾞを御使用の際は、 ｼﾘｰｽﾞを ｼﾘｰｽﾞNS NS ND NSに読み替えてください。

１．１ 動作環境OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

NP-113F1-DA3 NDは、インサーキット・エミュレータ ｼﾘｰｽﾞとターゲット・システムを接続するた

めのエミュレーション・プローブです。具体的な接続方法については第２章 接続を参照してくださ

い。

The NP-113F1-DA3 is an emulation probe, used to connect an ND Series in-circuit emulator to the targetsystem. For details of the connection, see Chapter 2.

１．２ 対象デバイスTARGET DEVICE

NP-113F1-DA3 NDの対象デバイスは、インサーキット・エミュレータ ｼﾘｰｽﾞを用いてディバグを行

える １１３ピン・ タイプのＮＥＣ製シングルチップ・マイコンです。CSPThe target devices for the NP-113F1-DA3 are NEC's 113-pin CSP single-chip microcomputers which support

debugging with an ND Series in-circuit emulator.

インサーキット・エミュレータ ｼﾘｰｽﾞに添付の「プローブ接続用コネクタ設定表」を参照してくNDださい。

Refer to the "Connector Setting Table for Probe Connection," supplied with the ND Series in-circuit emulator.

本章では、 の接続方法，電源投入，切断の順序について説明します。NP-113F1-DA3This chapter describes the connection of the NP-113F1-DA3 and the system power-on/off sequences.

２．１ ＮＤシリーズとターゲット・システムの接続CONNECTING THE ND SERIES TO THE TARGET SYSTEM

接続手順の概要は次のとおりです。

The connection procedure is outlined below.

注 意 １．接続の際には、ピンの逆差しに注意してください。誤って接続すると、 ｼﾘｰｽﾞが破壊NDされる場合があります。

Cautions When connecting the probe, note the orientation of the pins. If the orientation of the pins is１．

reversed, the ND Series may be damaged.２．接続の際には、全ての電源を切ってください。また電源の投入、切断の順序は必ず守っ

てください。順序を間違えますと破損される場合があります。

２．Before attempting to make a connection, turn off the power to both the ND Series and targetsystem. The power must be turned on and off in the correct sequence. Otherwise, the ND Seriesor target system may be damaged.

３．CSSOCKET113A1110NO1 は予めターゲット・システムに半田付けして下さい。

３． 113 1110 1 .Solder CSSOCKET A NO into the target system beforehand

（１） ｼﾘｰｽﾞとエミュレーション・プローブの接続NDConnecting the emulation probe to the ND Series

① ｼﾘｰｽﾞの電源を切る。NDTurn off the power to the ND Series.

② ｼﾘｰｽﾞの筐体上部を外す。NDRemove the top cover of the ND Series.

③ ｼﾘｰｽﾞと を接続する。ND NP-113F1-DA3Connect the NP-113F1-DA3 to the ND Series.

④ ｼﾘｰｽﾞの筐体上部を元に戻す。NDReplace the top cover of the ND Series.

（２）エミュレーション・プローブとターゲット・システムの接続

Connecting the emulation probe to the target system① ターゲット・システムの電源を切る。

Turn off the power to the target system.② １ピン位置を合わせながら LSPACK113A1110NO1 CSSOCKET113A1110NO1を に実装して下さい。

Mount LSPACK113A1110NO1 on CSSOCKET113A1110NO1 With aligning 1pin.③ １ピン位置を合わせながら をNP-113F1-DA3 LSPACK113A1110NO1 と接続して下さい。

Mount on LSPACK113A1110NO1 With aligning 1pin.NP-113F1-DA3④ の４隅のガイドピンをドライバーで回し固定して下さい。NP-113F1-DA3

Turn and fix the guide pin of the four corners in the part tip.NP-113F1-DA3（３）電源の投入

Turn on the power in the specified sequence.

次に、各項目の詳細な接続手順を説明します。

Each step is detailed below.

（１） ｼﾘｰｽﾞとエミュレーション・プローブの接続NDConnecting the emulation probe to the ND Series.

① ｼﾘｰｽﾞの電源を切ります。NDTurn off the power to the ND Series.

② ｼﾘｰｽﾞの本体下面のネジ（４箇所）を外して、本体上部を外します。NDRemove the four screws from the bottom of the ND Series, then remove its top cover.

③ ｼﾘｰｽﾞのサブ・エミュレーション・ボードのプローブ接続用コネクタ（ＣＮ１～４）とNDNP- F -DA113 1 3の本体接続用コネクタを接続します。

プローブ接続用コネクタの（ＣＮ１～４）の接続位置については、対象デバイスによって異なり

ますので別紙「プローブ接続用コネクタ設定表」を参照して、決められたコネクタに接続してく

ださい。

Connect the emulator connector of the NP- F -DA to the probe connector (CN to CN ) on the113 1 3 1 4

sub-emulation board of the ND Series.The location of the probe connector (CN to CN ) varies with the ND Series model or target device1 4 .

Connect the probe to the correct connector by referring to the "Connector Setting Table for ProbeConnection " supplied with the ND Series, .

④ ｼﾘｰｽﾞの本体上部を元に戻し本体下面のネジ（４箇所）を留めます。NDReplace the top cover of the ND Series, then replace and tighten the four screws.

２．２ 電源投入，切断の順序POWER-ON/OFF SEQUENCES

エミュレーション・プローブとターゲット・システムの接続が終了したら、次に電源を投入しま

す。電源の投入、切断の順序は次の通りです。

After connecting the emulation probe to the target system, turn on the power. The power must be turned onand off in the sequences described below.

ND ｼﾘｰｽﾞとターゲット・システムを接続した場合

When the ND Series is connected to the target system
