INTRODUCTIONKoperasi Tenaga dan Petroliam Bhd or KTP, is a cooperative founded by professionals from the energy sector in 2018.

KTP operates as a collaborative platform to create value for its members through social entrepreneurship.

Having members from across the energy and other sectors, KTP is uniquely positioned to access and offer a wide range of capabilities, resources and expertise.

KTP’s board members are democratically elected by members at the AGM.

To practice good governance and integrity, KTP has established committees to review projects and investment proposals.

KTP business goals focus on long term opportunities to provide economic success and sustainability to the cooperative and members.
