ESS: Employee can submit the reimbursement claim online through his/her web login
Reimbursement Claim: Employee can define the reimbursement type and applicable period for
reimbursement claim
Reimbursement Claim: using the standard reimbursement claim form, employee can add the details of claim like bill no, expense date,
amount, additionally employee can submit a scanned copy of bills
Reimbursement Claim: once the claim form is submitted by employee, the claim will routed to next level of approval and approver will get intimated by an email notification
Reimbursement Claim Approval: Approver can generate the report for Pending / Approved / Unapproved claims
based upon the reimbursement types
Reimbursement Types: Types can be configured based upon the user requirements
Reimbursement Claim Approval: Approver can generate the report for Pending / Approved / Unapproved claims based

Reimbursement Claim Approval: Approvers view to Reimbursement claim. If pre-defined limit is set, then claim will be blocked at Application stage
Limit: Reimbursement limit can be set for each employee
Reimbursement Claim Management: Finance can have all the claim records with him/ her
Reimbursement Claim Processing: Once the claim is approved, finance can process the payment of
claim, by generating the payroll
