    CIEE Work and Travel Change of Employer PolicyIMPORTANT ADVISORY: FAILURE TO FOLLOW CIEE S POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE

    WITHDRAWAL OF CIEES PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP

    Students who participate on CIEEs Work and Travel USA program with a job arranged by CIEE(CIEE Road Show, CIEE Recruit, CIEE Direct, CIEE Virtual) must adhere to the following regulation:

    Students may only change employers with prior approval from CIEE and only under certaincircumstances. Legitimate reasons for consideration may include:

    The terms and conditions as stated in the Employer Offer Agreement Form (EOAF) are notbeing met, and cannot be met, by the employer

    There are legitimate professional difficulties in the workplace Student has physician diagnosed health problems related to the workplace Employer is unable to schedule (or has not scheduled) the average hours specified in the

    EOAF for a consecutive 3-week period Student is a victim of crime Employer is going out of business

    CIEE will withdraw sponsorship for students who:

    Never appear at their original site of employment Have failed a drug test administered and required by their employer Abandon their job without CIEE approval Change their employer without CIEE approval

    Reguli de AngajareStudenii care doresc s participe la programul Work and Travel USA al CIEE cu o ofert de muncobinut prin intermediul CIEE trebuie s consimt la urmtoarele norme ale angajrii (aplicabile dinmomentul semnrii ofertei de munc):

    Studenii pot s i schimbe angajatorii numai cu aprobarea prealabil a CIEE i doar n anumitecondiii.

    Motive ntemeiate pentru considerare includ: Termenii i condiiile aa cum sunt descrise ele n oferta de munc (EOAF) nu sunt

    respectate i nu pot fi respectate de ctre angajator Exist dificulti profesionale la locul de munc Studentul are probleme de sntate atestate medical n SUA,legate/generate de locul de

    munc Angajatorul nu poate oferi (sau nu a oferit) orele obinuite de munc specificate n oferta

    de munc pentru o perioad de 2 sptmni consecutive Studentul este victim a unei infraciuni Angajatorul d faliment

    CIEE va retrage sponsorizarea studenilor care: Nu sosesc la locul de munc specificat n contract Nu au trecut testul medical administrat de angajatorul lor Abandoneaz locul de munc fr aprobarea prealabil a CIEE i schimb angajatorul fr aprobarea prealabil a CIEE
