EMPLOYEE TIME OFF REQUEST (TOR) PROCEDURES
FOR PAYROLL ASSISTANCE:

Click on the arrow by the Globe to
open the Related Items area. Click
on My Calendar
Click on Request Time Off
The Request Time Off box
appears. Enter your time
off information. The
Duration is the total
amount of daily hours not
total time off hours.
Submit when done! Your
Mgr will receive an
automated email to
approve the hours.
The request and approved Time Off Request is
now on the employee calendar.
To cancel the TOR, click on the Visibility Filter,
Click on the small icon to the right of Time-off
requests, on the next box that opens check only
Cancel Submitted and enter. The TOR should be
removed form your schedule.
