Step 1:

On the LBUSD webpage www.lbschools.net click on Employees and then select myLBUSD Portal

Once selected you will be routed to the portal login page where you will need to enter your NovellUsername and Password and click on Log In

Step 2:

Once in the Portal select Applications at the bottom in the middle of the screen

Once on the Applications screen click on the MyEmployee Info box

Step 3:

Once on the MyEmployee Info page select the Paystub Access box in order to review your stubs

Step 4:

Once on the Paystub Access screen you will see the list of your available paystubs

On the Paystub Access screen you can:

i. View your paystub by clicking “View” next to the desired dateii. Print your paystub by clicking “Print” next to the desired dateiii. Change your paystub delivery status:

a. To Opt-In (to receive a paper copy of Direct Deposit paystub)Select “Yes” in the drop down next to Check Stub Provided by DistrictClick “Update”An email confirming your status will be sent

b. To Opt-Out (go paperless)Select “No” in the drop down next to Check Stub Provided by DistrictClick “Update”An email confirming your status will be sent

iv. Click “Exit” to leave the program
