Life itself is career　 To get a job is not the goal of the career design class In the career design class, we teach students greetings and their job to get up in the morning and come to the university etc. We want to save students who are on the verge of dropping out of the university. The first month of the start of the university is the critical period for such students. Some other full-time teachers counsel students about their mental problems My happy moment at work is directly to be able to see students’ change such as their faces.Students need the balance in communication that is saying their opinions as well as listening to others I think the smaller class, less than 10 per class, is the ideal for this kind of career design class The career design class was started and has been designed/refined by volunteer teachers We can only teach students at the university but cannot teach for life

Greetings should be taught at home and school (primary to high school), not the university The university should take the initiative in offering this kind of class The university needs to teach not only academic skills but also social skills If students have a good social skills, they can be successful at work and life The university should highly regard the career design class
