• You can use your own emotions to control another person.
Three Areas of Emotional Intelligence
• Self-Awareness - knowing ones own emotions.• Self-Regulation - knowing yourself enough to
where you can control your emotions.• Empathy - being considerate of someone
else’s feelings.

or prepare for an upcoming event.
