Simple, lightweight (only10.9 kg with the City Carrycot) and practical for urbantravel on buses and the underground. Ozone builds upon our successful lightweight Nitrochassis with the addition of a new superlight seatunit. Ozone is a simple, extremely lightweight stroller(10.9kg with the City Carrycot and 10.6 kg with theseat unit). With the Emmaljunga Toddler Seat you can take yourolder child along on short walks. The Toddler Seat isassembled onto the seat-unit. The advantage with theToddler Seat is that you get a narrow and practicalstroller which folds compactly despite the fact that itcan carry two children. 1. CocoonPerfect for use in Emmaljunga's 3-in-1s and City Carrycot.Place the Quadrolift straight into the carrycot part or intothe City Carrycot. There are many advantages. For instance,in situations where it is impractical to take your pramalong - such as the doctor's surgery, a restaurant or intoa flat - you can remove your baby from the carrycot in thecocoon where the child can continue to lie in comfort. Youcan also reverse the mattress and choose between the cosyfaux Husky fur for the winter or soft cotton fleece for thesummer.

2. LiftIf you buy an Emmaljunga pushchair without a carrycot fora newborn, you can convert the pushchair into a luxuriouspram with the Quadrolift. If you remove the bumper barand place the Quadrolift in the stroller, it can easily be usedfrom birth. It is compatible with most of our strollersincluding the Twin Nitro (not Twin City Cross).

Long traditionAn Emmaljunga pram is not a mass producedproduct. Each pram is manufactured with carein our own modern and environmentallyadapted factory in Emmaljunga, Sweden. Weare proud of being the oldest yet probably themost modern pram factory in Europe.

Handcrafted with modern tech-nologyTo enable us to maintain control of the qualityof our products, almost all of the componentsof an Emmaljunga pram are made in our factoryin Emmaljunga, Sweden. We bend the tubes,make our own wheels and plastic parts andhave our own surface treatment facilities. Certainparts of the process are automated, but otherstages are still genuinely handcrafted, such asthe assembly of our prams.

Tests and checksEmmaljunga safety tests all prams in accordancewith EN 1888. Our factory has its own testfacilities where safety tests are carried out in alaboratory environment.

All prams are quality checked throughout thewhole of the manufacturing process, ensuringthat both quality and safety are built into thepram during its production in our Swedishfactory.

Emmaljunga also has its own test facilities whereproduct and fabric life testing are carried out ina laboratory environment, enabling us tocontinually improve the durability of our products.

Taking care of your pramEven though we perform quality and product lifetests and only use material of the highest quality,it is still important for you to care for and maintainyour pram in order for it to last and workeffectively. No pram can remain free from wearand tear, for example, on the wheels and brakesand other moving parts on the chassis. Similarly,no fabric can maintain 100% light fastness ifsubjected to UV radiation. Follow the careinstructions and you will have a lot of pleasurefrom your pram for a very long time to come!

If something happens to yourpramIf you are not pleased with the quality of yourpram for any reason, we kindly ask you to contactthe retailer from whom the pram was purchased.Emmaljunga follows the statutory rules andregulations valid within the EU.

Material and manufacturing faults are faults that areconsidered to have existed on the product from thedate of purchase (as printed on your receipt).Faults that occur within 6 months from the purchasedate are considered to have been present from thetime of purchase. Products which on inspectionare found to have these faults will be repaired orreplaced, if a repair is not deemed possible.

Faults that are found to be the result of an accident,airline damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear andtear or a result of not having correctly followed thecare instructions are not valid complaints.

EMMALJUNGA’S FABRICSOur in-house developed highquality fabricsAn Emmaljunga pram is designed to be used formany years. Our fabrics have to withstand coldwinters, hot summers, rainy autumns pluschildren's dirty boots and sticky fingers! As amanufacturer of high quality products inScandinavia since 1925, we have a longexperience of coping with tough weatherconditions and have therefore developed ourown fabrics to withstand these conditions. Afterall, children need to spend 'playtime' outdoorsso developing fabrics to cope with thesedemands is vital. We dare to say thatEmmaljunga pram fabrics are in a class of theirown.

ProtexTM

All of our prams from the Model Year 2010collection (except the Smart and leatheretteprams) feature ProtexTM fabrics. Protex fabricsare not only dirt repellant and highly waterrepellant, but they also protect against the sun,wind and cold conditions. Feel the fabric, dripa little water on it, so you can see what Protexis all about. You will appreciate the full benefitswhen your child insists on playing outside despitethe bad weather, or when you are caught outby a sudden downpour of rain! Even thoughmost of our prams are equipped with ProtexTM

fabrics, which is highly water repellant, we stillrecommend that you use a raincover when therain is heavy and persistent. This is to avoidstains appearing on the inner lining caused bythe rain mixing with dirt and pushing through theseams in the pram's fabrics. It is also importantthat you dry and air the pram thoroughly if it getswet to keep your pram fresh.

Leatherette This model year our range features exclusiveleatherette fabrics in 3 designs - CremeLeatherette, White Croc and Black Croc. This isa very strong and modern material which allowsus to create designs on the leatherette such ascrocodile print.

Dirt can be removed easily by using a wet clothand a drop of mild fabric detergent. Ourleatherette fabrics are certified according toÖkotex (see below).

Light fastnessAll outer fabrics are tested and certified accordingto BS EN ISO 105-B04:1993. Emmaljungaplaces very high demands for light fastness onits products. To keep the colours of your pramlooking fresh you should try to avoid placing thepram in direct sunlight for long periods of time.Please note! No fabric will remain unaffectedafter exposure to UV radiation, bad weatherand wind.

No harmful substances All our materials are tested according to EN1888and EN71, Part 3:1995 and against AZOcolouring substances, to ensure that no harmfulsubstances exist in the fabrics. We have also hadour leatherette and inner linings tested throughÖkotex. Ökotex system ensures that textiles thathave passed its tests and been certified do notcontain a concentration of any substance harmfulto health. ÖkoTex Standard 100 has becomea renowned international measure for safetythroughout the textile industry.

UV-Protection 50+ We have had our base outer fabrics testedaccording to an Australian/NZ standardconcerning UV protection. The fabrics (exceptSand colour) handle a UPF (Ultraviolet Protectionfactor) of 50+ against UPF and UVB radiation.This means that only 1/50 rays goes through thefabrics.

The fabrics protects against 98% of UV-radiationand your child gets a very high protection againstthe sun from our hoods and parasols.

CareAll fabrics are removable to enable them to becleaned and the pram to retain its freshness.Follow the care advice supplied with the pramor contact your authorised retailer for careinstructions. Fabric samples are available at allour authorised Emmaljunga retailers.Emmaljunga reserves the right againstdifferences between fabric samples and theactual pram fabrics.
