Use Cases• Individuals requiring ambulances during critical emergencies such as cardiac arrests/ trauma

related injuries have to rely upon search engines/neighbours/directories for leads. This results in delayed turn around time which can be fatal as the supply resource turn around time will be higher, considering the absence of location identification will yield poor results. Often, the callers are unaware of the hospital locations, which can further increase the nearest hospital point

• Individuals getting discharged from hospitals require logistical support and due to unorganised market, there is distorted commercials prevalent in the market and poor service delivery

• Doctors assistance at off-business hours is an cumbersome activity, leading to panicked situations during an event of critical medical emergency

• Individuals facing a broken motor, have to rely upon retail outlets in the vicinity for assistance for their vehicles for towing services or vehicle repair services

• Tourists cannot acclimatise to their specific locations, making them vulnerable during emergency situations ( critical and non-critical emergencies ). Absence of central repository ( location specific ) for police, fire, hospitals, medical assistance leads to limited awareness of the surroundings

• Absence of emergency workforce capable of responding during medical or any other non-critical emergency in the ecosystem leads to higher vulnerable situations.
