We will design and manufacture a system that meets all requirements and your personal facility needs. We offer our Emergency Evacuation Plans in three different formats : paper prints, electronic copies or melamine plaques all are designed for wall specific* locations Our goals are to create a emergency evacuation plan that will: Safely and efficiently evacuate employees and visitors out of your facility and serve as a floor plan directory with room identification to help guide visitors through your facility, showing restroom locations and other accommodations you would like to highlight. We produce beautiful professional drawings of your facility that you will be proud to display. Our EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLANS will make a favorable first impression on your visitors and survey officials. We have made systems for Health care facilities, universities, hospitals, factories, community centers and municipal office buildings including City Hall in our home town of Columbus. We have nursing home customers in almost every state and our systems are always in compliance with their most stringent survey requirements.

A facility floor plan is computer designed into wall specific* Emergency Evacuation Plans. 11” X 17” Each plan has reader easy color symbols that show the location of:

• Fire Extinguishers • Fire Alarm pull stations • Tornado Shelter Areas • Main and alternate evacuation routes from posted location • Exits • Exit Stairs • First aid stations • Options can be added

*Each plan is wall specific and is designed for only one location in the facility. Plans must be drawn to show the correct orientation of the facility from the specific posted location. Thus if the viewer is facing east when looking at the plan then the orientation of the facility must be shown with the east side of the facility at the top. This is the only way it is possible for the evacuation arrows on the plan to be pointing in the correct direction toward the exit. Many facilities are not in compliance with being wall specific and eventually when visited by a competent survey official will be in trouble.

Emergency Procedure Plan 8” X 11” May be a separate plan or designed into the emergency evacuation plan.

To receive quote: Email, Fax or surface mail a floor plan of your facility It is not necessary to send blue prints. We will study the plans and then telephone the contact person at your facility who we will be working with. Together we will decide where and how many emergency evacuation plans are needed to make a safe system for your facility. When the placement of the posting locations is decided we will be able to figure the cost of the system and give you a quote. If you wish to place an order we will proceed to make the drawings and send them to you for review. To begin work on making the drawings we will need a floor plan of your facility showing room identification and the locations of:

• Fire extinguishers/ fire hoses, • Fire alarm pull stations where you activate the alarm, • Exits • Stairways used to exit from upper levels • Fire doors that close automatically to divide areas. • Tornado shelter areas • For the Fire Procedure section: • Local fire department telephone number usually 911. • Announcement the facility pages for a fire situation usually code red.

After reviewing our drawings and making any changes return the corrected floor plan and fire procedure plan to us for completion. At any time in the process you can call us with questions and we will be calling your contact person when we have questions. FIRE PROCEDURE PLAN

Remove all persons from the area of smoke or fire.Tell residents if asked, "an emergency alarm is on," REMAIN CALM!

Activate fire alarm.The Operator will page(3) Times "Mr. RED"

and announce the location of the fire in the building.

CALL FIRE DEPARTMENT

DIAL911 and tell the Fire Department to respond to: Marian manor Health Care CenterLocated at 604 Ash Avenue East in Glen Ullin.Tell them where the fire is in the building and if possible what is burning.

Confine smoke and fire by closing all doors and windows .Be sure FIRE DOORS are closed and remain closed

Extinguish fire. If possible put out the fire with a fire extinguisher.Fire Extinguishers are effective fire fighting tools: However, to use them against a very intense fire may place you in danger.In these cases, the safe action is to leave the area and wait for assistance.
