● Client determines desired data points for email listening, such as keywords only, geo+keywords, keywords+customer contact record, etc.

● Client & SmartConnect collectively assemble all competitive brands, keywords, domains, etc. for email listening.

● Client selects desired listening volume to be achieved (email or postal).

● SmartConnect email listens for real-time email cookie hits* that match the desired listening criteria supplied by the Client.
