We were so close to another 100% clearance rate

– only one property is still available from the

weekend auctions, which presents a fantastic

opportunity for someone. But if you include the

many private sales our team sold by negotiation

throughout the week, it was an impressive 7 days

to say the least.

We just can’t stress enough how exciting the

market is right now and what a great time it is to

be selling or buying property. It’s easy to be swayed

by news reports on the state of the market, but we

think you should gloss over all that and get the real

information from the locals. We’ve been selling

property here for decades. We know the local

market. Clearance rates are high and the market

is hot! We’re even seeing an increase of properties

selling before auction.

The only downside right now is that we’re running

out of homes to sell. With every underbidder that

misses out on the weekend auctions, leaves us

with a growing database of people still keen to

buy. Perhaps your home would meet their criteria.
