Regardless of whether the suc on performance is 1 000 or 100 000 m³/h. Even retrofi ng or extension are possible at any me thanks to the exis ng components which can be used modular. The fi lter elements are, of course, compa ble with all designs and interchangeable.

All fi lter elements can easily be cleaned and areimmediately ready for opera on. There are no follow-up costs for fi lter material. High reliability, mechanical stability and longevity are further plus points. The fi lter elements have a long service life, they do not need much maintenance.

Flow-op mized design ECO

The ven lators are op mzed regarding their fl ow techno-logy. This means that despite high suc on performance they require only li le energy. This means that opera ng cost are excep onally low. ELOFIL ESPs make clean air aff ordable

Electronic Control

Unmistakable and easily understandable displays and an electronic control deliver support during maintenance and avoid faulty opera on. This does not only protect ELOFIL from damage it also minimizes maintenance costs.

Patented DODRA technology for higher collec on effi ciency

The patented DODRA technology developed by ILT is applied in ELOFIL. This means that ELOFIL is one of the most effi cient electrosta c precipitators on the market achieving up to 25% higher collec on effi ciency than other electric fi lters.

By means of double ionizer elements trouble-free electrosta c charging of the pollutant par cles is ensured. This way, the average collec on grade even with changing pollutant load as well as effi ciency are increased once more.

Protec on against short-circuits with SCP

One of the most important components of an ESP is the high-voltage generator. ELOFIL is equipped with high-voltage generators which are electronically protected against short circuits and ensure trouble-free func oning. In case something should happen a er all, the high-voltage generators can be repaired completely thus saving opera ng costs.

Flexible assembly by patented modular system.

Thanks to the space-saving modular construc on, as single suc on ELOFIL can be installed directly on or a machine. Larger groups or central suc on systems can be fl exibly arranged in modular units. Thus, ELOFIL adapts to your requirements. Even if they should change due to modifi ca ons of produc on or if machines have to 'move'.
