This calculationdoesnotfactorinotherpotentialincentivesfromlender/owners, such as contribution towardsclosingcosts,whichmaymakethetruediscountforbank-ownedpropertiesevenlarger.
While there are additional steps and considerations required whenpurchasingthesetypesofproperties,itcanstillbeaneasy,safeandprofitabletransactionforthebuyer.Withassistancefromyourrealestatebroker,youcanensurethatyouperformthenecessaryduediligenceregardingthepropertyanditsvalue..
