2005 Elite Insurance acquired by Litcomp Plc. Torridon Capital Ltd formed.
2010 LitComp Plc taken private by Torridon Capital Ltd. UK branch established. 2012 Italian branch established.
2006 Elite Insurance Ltd commences trading and LitComp Plc lists on AIM.
2011 Torridon Capital Ltd acquired by Torridon (Gibraltar) Ltd. Group redomiciled to Gibraltar. Spanish branch established.
2013 French branch established.
