Noticias de Formacion de Fe: 25-29 de junio: VBS: ¡JUEGO ENCENDIDO! ¡Basado en 2 Pedro 1: 3! 6-8 p.m., para niños de 4 a 12 años. ¡Esta es una noche GRATIS de lecciones bíblicas, manualidades, actividades, música y bocadillos para todos los que quieran participar! La cena gratis se servirá de 5:15-5:40 p.m. en el salón parroquial, ¡cada tarde! ¡Los animamos a invitar a amigos y vecinos para este evento comunitario! ¡Se combinó el Proyecto de Servicio Juvenil de Verano el 13 de julio y el 14 de julio para ayudar a nuestras propias comunidades de St. Mary y St. Joseph con aquellos que necesitan ayuda con sus años, y proyectos simples que no pueden hacer solos! Puertas de la iglesia Durante algún tiempo, las puertas delanteras de la iglesia no se cerraron correctamente debido al desgaste del marco. Patrick Hernández fielmente, con la ayuda de otros, perforó y volvió a anclar las placas de la bisagra al marco. Estamos sin opciones, excepto por el reemplazo de las puertas. Planeamos realizar esta tarea este verano.

Faith Formation News: June 25-29th: VBS: GAME ON! Based on 2 Peter 1:3! 6-8 p.m., for 4-12 year-olds. This is a FREE evening of bible lessons, crafts, activities, music and snacks for all who want to participate! Free dinner will be served from 5:15-5:40 p.m. in the parish hall, each evening! You are encouraged to invite friends and neighbors for this community event! Combined Summer Youth Service Project on July 13th and July 14th, to help our own St. Mary’s and St. Joseph’s communities with those who need help with their years, and simple projects they cannot do on their own! We need to get a list of youth (7th-12 grades) who would like to help. We need adults and teens to build the groups. Liturgy and Picnic in the Park We will gather June 24, 10:00 am at Lincoln Park for our annual liturgy and picnic in the park. The three regularly scheduled Sunday morning liturgies will be canceled. The Saturday 6:00 pm liturgy will be celebrated. Last names beginning with N-Z, please bring a side dish and last names beginning with A-M, please bring a dessert. The Knights will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, etc.

Ordinary Time Since Jesus Christ rose from the dead all time is truly extraordinary! Filled with the grandeur of God, we appreciate and celebrate all God has placed in our lives. May your summer be especially blessed as we take in the gift of nature.

Church front doors For some time the front doors to the Church have not closed properly due to wear on the frame. Patrick Hernandez has faithfully, with the help of others, drilled out and re-anchored the hinge plates to the frame. We are now out of options except for replacement of the doors. We plan to accomplish this task this summer.

Living and Giving in Christ Our annual Diocesan financial campaign is underway. Giving is at the heart of life for a Catholic Christian. Part of our financial giving is for the ministries of our bishop that support the well-being of the Catholic Church in Wyoming. I encourage everyone to participate so that we may soon reach our goal of $53,113.00. Envelopes can be found on the radiator covers and windowsills. Sound System Our new sound system has been in place for several months. It is time to solicit your feedback if you are experiencing problems, such as poor sound quality of musical instruments, cantors or the spoken word from the ambo or a lapel microphone of Deacon Tom or Fr. Carl. Thank you for helping us through this transition to what we believe is a far superior sound system.. Friday Night Potluck and Movie Join us June 22nd (Miracles from Heaven) and July 13 (A Question of Faith) for good food, friendship and a movie with popcorn. Bring a dish and join us at 5:30 pm each evening. Worldwide Marriage Encounter in Spanish A Weekend of Discovery – A Lifetime of Love will be held August 4-5, 2018 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Gillette, WY.
