Newcastle Permanent Mathematics Competition

Congratulations to Stage 3 on completing the 2017 Newcastle Permanent Mathematics Competition. Over 50 students sat the

challenging Year 5 and Year 6 tests at the end of Term 3. The results have been fantastic, with over 30 merits and 7 distinctions

awarded. Special congratulations to Michael Cornally, who ranked 86th in NSW with approximately 10,000 entries and

achieved a high distinction. Michael has also been invited to attend a personalised mathematics camp, early 2018.

A fantastic effort by all students, you have done EVPS proud!
