It utilizes some visual aid.

PRESENTATION ANALYSIS

a) Know your subject

Identify the purpose of your presentation.

Identify what your subject or topic should/will be.

Make sure you can show how your topic that relates to the audience. b) Dont give your presentation software center stage. Consider the audience demographics (age, gender, culture, etc.)

Use appropriate examples that can be understood by your audience.

Use the appropriate vocabulary, but watch using jargon.

Make sure you can properly pronounce every word in your speech.Create a logical flow to your presentation. Start with a good outlining or mind mapping program. Make your presentation readable. Avoid paragraphs or long blocks of text. Use appropriate fonts. Avoid title capitalization Remember, less is more and keep things simple.

Have all your bullets appear at once rather than one at a time. Avoid sound effects. Cut down the number of slides.Distribute a handout OR create a special page on THE blog, with the slides embedded into it using SlideShare.net.)
