on campus. To enroll your child, you can email the required documents, or we can set up an appointment where I can meet you outside the front office and collect the paperwork. DISTRICT WEBSITE PALMBEACHSCHOOLS.ORG 2. TWO CURRENT PROOFS OF RESIDENCY IN THE PARENT OR

GUARDIANS NAME-A LIST OF ACCEPTABLE PROOFS CAN BE FOUND ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE.

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE-THE STUDENT HAS TO TURN 5 ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2021.

4. A CURRENT FL IMMUNIZATION FORM (DH680) OR A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION.

5. A COMPLETE FL PHYSICAL FORM (DH3040). IT MUST BE DATED WITHIN A YEAR OF THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT THE PARENT SECTION ON THE BACK.

your child’s readiness for Kindergarten.

Staggered Start1/3 of class - Monday, August 10th

Staggered Start is a way for kindergarten students to transition slowly to traditional school.  The small group setting will allow

your child to adjust to the routines and expectations of kindergarten.
